My journey on weight loss and fitness started many years ago when I had to work with the Air Force “fat boy” programs. We had a physical fitness test every year and part of it was being weighed to see if we were within the correct weight range for our height.  Some of us didn’t make the cut and had to go into a weight reduction program to keep our job. It wasn’t always easy, and sometimes we had to find our own way.

There wasn’t as much information freely available then as there is now, but there were plenty of advice, all of it involved a lot of hard work, eating less and exercising more.  Some of that advice worked and some was just plain useless.
